SSPedi: Symptom Screening in Pediatrics Tool
SSPedi is a 15 item symptom screening tool for children receiving cancer treatment and undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant; it is reliable, valid and responsive to change in children 8-18 years.

Mini-SSPedi

Proxy SSPedi
Proxy SSPedi is a 15 item symptom screening tool for parents to report on behalf of children receiving cancer treatment and undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant. Proxy SSPedi has been validated for use with parents of children ages 8-18.
The validation of Proxy SSPedi for children ages 2-7 is currently under way.
ChIMES: The Children’s International Mucositis Evaluation Scale
ChIMES is a pediatric-specific measure of oral mucositis which assesses the patient's daily experiences with mucositis including pain, function, use of pain medication, and appearance of the oral mucosa.
